Skill Development

A 6-12 week program based on developing foundational skills to enable performance improvement. This program is designed for athletes who possess a beginner to intermediate mental skill level.

When selecting a program think about what holds you back in your performances and in training, where do your mental strengths and weakness lie or you could ask your coach or friend to describe your mental game. This information will guide you to one of the following programs. The needs analysis process will also help in choosing the appropriate program to suit your needs.

This program is tailored to the athletes’ needs which will be directed by the severity of the injury as well as the individual. Too accommodate this, the severity of the injury has been categorised as follows;
